Welcome to Rabbaz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and wedding planning services. By visiting our website or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Rabbaz is a luxury wedding planning studio based in New Delhi, India, specializing in full-service Indian wedding design, planning, and execution. Our services include (but are not limited to) venue selection, decor and styling, vendor coordination, guest management, and day-of event execution.
All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon signing a formal agreement and receiving a non-refundable booking fee.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure our services. The remaining payment schedule will be outlined in your client agreement.

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed timelines. Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Pricing is customized based on the scale, complexity, and location of your wedding.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information and prompt approvals to enable timely execution of the wedding plan.

  • Clients are responsible for managing legal documentation, permissions, and permits, unless otherwise arranged through Rabbaz.

  • Any change in scope must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply.

4. Vendors & Third Parties

  • Rabbaz may recommend or coordinate with external vendors (e.g., decorators, caterers, entertainment). These vendors operate under their own terms and contracts.

  • We are not liable for service disruptions, quality issues, or delays caused by external vendors not directly employed by Rabbaz.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All retainers and deposits paid are non-refundable.

  • In case of cancellation by the client, additional cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of planning.

  • In case of rescheduling, Rabbaz will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

6. Force Majeure

  • Rabbaz will not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or any other force majeure event.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All creative materials, design concepts, proposals, photographs, and website content are the intellectual property of Rabbaz and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to use images from weddings we plan or style (with your photographer’s and your consent) for marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver flawless events, Rabbaz is not liable for unforeseen disruptions including but not limited to weather events, pandemics, strikes, vendor failures, or guest behavior.

  • Rabbaz will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property of guests or clients at any event.

  • Our maximum liability under any circumstances will not exceed the fees paid to us under the client contract.

9. Privacy & Data Use

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you share with us will only be used for service delivery, communication, and internal planning.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • Rabbaz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
