Our Founder

Nancy Kohli
With over 20 years of experience in orchestrating high-end Indian weddings, Nancy Kohli is the heart, mind, and spirit behind Rabbaz. Her journey began not in the ballroom, but at the drawing board—meticulously envisioning how emotion, culture, and design could come together to create not just beautiful weddings, but deeply meaningful experiences.
Over the years, Nancy has redefined what it means to plan a luxury Indian wedding. Her signature lies in her intuitive ability to marry tradition with contemporary aesthetics, creating celebrations that are both culturally rich and visually timeless. Whether it’s a royal Udaipur palace wedding or a modern minimalist affair in the hills of Mussoorie, her approach remains the same: deeply personal, obsessively detailed, and emotionally driven.
Clients often describe her as a calm force—someone who brings clarity, warmth, and unwavering control even in the most high-pressure moments. Behind the scenes, she is a master of logistics, vendor management, and large-scale production. But at the forefront, she is an artist—a storyteller who paints with flowers, fabrics, and flawless timelines.
Nancy’s work has taken her across India and the world, working with some of the most discerning couples and collaborating with top-tier vendors, designers, and venues. Every celebration curated by Rabbaz under her leadership is a testament to her vision: Weddings should feel effortless, look exquisite, and live forever in memory.
“For me, weddings aren’t just about beauty or logistics. They’re about energy, emotion, and intention. At Rabbaz, we don’t just ‘execute events’—we help write one of the most meaningful chapters of your life.”

Mansi Kohli
Director of Creative Strategy
Where vision meets voice, you’ll find Mansi Kohli—the creative soul behind Rabbaz’s immersive wedding storytelling. With a rich background in communication and a decade-long journey in the world of wedding branding, Mansi plays a key role in shaping how every Rabbaz wedding feels—visually, emotionally, and experientially.
From coining meaningful taglines and crafting custom souvenirs to conceptualizing personalized aesthetics that echo a couple’s love story, Mansi’s genius lies in her ability to give each wedding a distinct identity. To her, a wedding isn’t just an event—it’s a narrative, and every element, from invite to itinerary, should reflect that.
Her deep passion for emotional design is matched by her strength in execution. On ground, she’s the energy that brings cohesion across teams—from decor and entertainment to photography and guest flow. She ensures that the couple’s story isn’t just told—but felt, remembered, and celebrated.
Outside of Rabbaz, Mansi is a writer at heart. Her love for words and emotion seeps into her creative process, whether she’s scripting wedding vows, crafting reception speeches, or ghostwriting heartfelt notes on behalf of couples.
“A wedding is like a beautifully curated novel—each event is a chapter, and every detail is a line worth remembering.”
